Information you choose to provide

A Lead Leak Report request includes your email address, business website and optional business type. A contact inquiry includes your name, email, business and the details you submit. A job application can include your contact details, work history, resume and cover letter. A newsletter subscription includes your email address.

Please provide only what is needed for the request. Do not send passwords, payment card details, government identity documents, patient records or confidential information about other people through these forms.

Why the information is collected

Report details are used to carry out the requested inquiry test and send the findings. Contact details are used to respond and discuss the work you asked about. Application information is used to assess your application and communicate about it. A newsletter subscription requests email updates; a report request or application is not itself a newsletter subscription.

Website hosting and service providers

The website and its forms use Netlify. Form information and uploaded files are processed through that service. Responding to a request also involves our email service and the people handling the request. Hosting and email providers may process information outside your province or country, including in the United States, where different laws may apply. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need the information to handle the request or operate and protect the service. Information may also need to be disclosed to meet a legal obligation.

Technical information and browser storage

Delivering and protecting a website can involve technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details in hosting logs. This site serves its fonts locally. The website code does not set advertising cookies or send form values to an analytics service. Links to other websites are subject to their own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained in connection with the purpose for which it was provided, follow-up and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us for retention information about your specific record or to ask for deletion when it is no longer needed. You can also request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. We may need to confirm your identity before sharing or changing a record. Withdrawal may affect our ability to complete the service you requested.
