Sandeep Bishnoi is the Founder of Quantum Reach, a distribution-led digital growth agency operating from Vancouver and Bangkok. Born in a small town in northern India, he grew up obsessed with how machines worked — taking apart computers as a kid and rebuilding them to understand the logic underneath. That curiosity carried him to Toronto at 18, where he studied computer science and spent the early part of his career building software, automation systems, and growth infrastructure for ambitious founders.

The pattern he kept seeing was the same: technically capable operators losing months to fragmented vendors — one agency for the website, another for SEO, another for paid media, another for reputation.
